I received the stove in a timely fashion but the crate it came in was falling apart and must have been handled many times before. I discovered upon installation that parts were missing, apparently they were on back order and no one informed me of that prior to getting rid of my previous wood stove. Would have been nice to know that small piece of information! I wasn’t able to use the stove the first winter because parts were on back order. At time of this review I am still waiting for missing parts and have no details of when they will be available. Therefore, I cannot comment on the ability of the stove’s function and efficiency. Although, it is extremely heavy and once you have it put together you won’t be wanting to move it again!
