I have this woodstove that I bought brand new been having issues with the woodstove for months now contacted the company many times they keep telling me it’s the length of the pipe should be 12 feet I purchased 12 feet of new pipe and put that in and the woodstove is still not drawing properly I’ve had people come in and check out the woodstove for me and the only conclusion everybody seems to have is that from the factory They didn’t put in the holes for it to draw. I don’t want the company to give me back my money. I just want a woodstove that works. I’ve had a woodstove in this cabin before and never had an issue decided to upgrade to woodstove because of the glass door , big mistake company do not back up the product. Also they keep your money and give you something that’s no good no wonder this company is so rich because they just continue to take. Thank you very much for doing nothing for your customer. Thank you for taking my $1500 for a woodstove that do not properly work.
