The door don’t always seal properly. When closed with a fire in and you reduce the vent it seldom makes a difference due to the lack of a good seal around the door. It appears the door may be twisted and not perfectly flat against the stove structure. Is there a local representative who can have a look or for someone to suggest a fix. If you think a door seal will fix the problem, I would appreciate if you will send a replacement. Thanks
