What a wonderful stove! This austral III runs like a Cadillac. Extremely efficient and I love the control I have with the air intake. Very easy to taper down a stove starting to run away if you over drilled the fire box. This stove like many likes a cracked door to get running. Once the fire box is hot enough close the door and the stove takes it from there. I am waking up to a nice bed of coals in the morning 8 hrs later hot enough to throw some kindling on the next morning. Build quality is top notch. No shoddy welds. It’s solid as a tank.
