The Drolet Bistro is an amazing product and is exactly what I've been searching for all these years. It combines woodstove look and feel with cooktop and oven capabilities. It far exceeds any other woodstove I have ever used and is an impressive and valuable upgrade to my off grid log cabin in the mountains.
