I've had the HT-3000 installed and running as the primary heat source in my home for a little more than 5 years. My house was built in the 1800s and I live in the northern USA in the snow belt region of the great lakes. I can't rate this stove high enough! The build quality is excellent and I've had no issues with the stove. During peak burning months, I basically only use kindling to start a fire once a week when I empty the ashes, and we burn wood 24/7. Over night, load it up! Turn the vent down to 1/4 open, and 7 hours you will be greeted with nice orange coals ready to burn the next load. My wife especially likes this stove, she keeps the downstairs of the house 75+ all winter long. I highly recommend this product! Also, when some reviewers complain about drafting issues, a correctly located AND correct length exhaust pipe on your roof is most likely the culprit. Not the stove.
