There is a design flaw with this stove. Overall it is a good stove and I am bummed that it has this stupid flaw. The handle will not screw all the way into the door, therefore the screw threads show. If you screw it all the way in then the backside of the handle is too long to fit j to the receiving box. I went back and forth with Drolet support for a month and they eventually sent me a replacement handle which was exactly the same as the handle we had. Their finally response to me was: “It is the right handle that was ship. The treads will show, usually it is able to screw more so the treads are on the inside. Thank you, Have a great day!” So not sure what I’m supposed to do with that. It looks like there is just a design flaw and the company is unwilling to take responsibility for it.
