I bought the HT2000 from Costco to replace a smaller unit. So far so good. Burn times seem to be accurate. This stove puts out a lot of heat. The blower is a bonus and is no louder than any other blower I've used. I had a small problem with my accessory kit and SBI handled it without an issue. Their customer service was great! If your considering a woodstove in this size and price range, in my opinion the HT2000 will not disappoint.
