I have not fully installed the unit as of yet. Unit was well packaged. Instructions have been fairly clear on on how to install the furnace. It is well built and sturdy. I do wish that it came with either the air filter kit or cold air return kit already included since it is not recommended to run the furnace without it. Also I don't understand why installation requires the use of 6-10 6" ducts rather than just stating that 170-280 square inches is required to vent. Over complicates the install process when simply connecting to existing main ductwork. Was surprised to get a moisture meter included with the stove that is nice. I look forward to running this stove in the near future and for years to come.
