The door is not closing tightly which resulted in the breakage of the small part on the door latch. The door only opens about 45 degrees and it seems the hinge was not set properly. I ordered the door latch part earlier today, believing that I broke it. It seems the cause of the extra force was due to improperly fitting door. Would you please reimburse the payment for order reference number 371986, and contact me to discuss how this issue can be fixed?
