We can not get a fire to burn in our new stove! Fire goes out very quickly & smoke comes out from everywhere! There is no intake air. No holes in the intake draft tube inside the firebox, only on the bottom of the tube. The only way we can get a small fire to burn without smoking up the whole house is to remove the ash cap.
