I just received my HT-3000 wood stove one day ago and I am in the process of installing it. My first impression is it is incredibly well built and should last a lifetime. If possible, I will provide my experience once I have it burned in and used it for a while. Unrelated to the product but regarding shipping, I was initially concerned when I saw the shipping crate and that the stove was not affixed to the pallet. My greatest concern was for the gentleman that off-loaded the crated stove. The pallet jack would not fit in the slotted areas of the pallet and a dolly had to be used. When he tipped the dolly back, the wood stove moved within the crate and the stove tipped away from the pallet against the back wall of the crate. Five hundred pounds on a smaller man could have been disastrous. For items this heavy, measures to better secure the item in the crate would be beneficial.
