If you live in Western Canada, do not purchase a stove from this company. Their receipt says Expected Date of delivery and this is not accurate. They charge over $100 for a delivery which they cannot tell you when it will be delivered. When I inquired about these issues their customer service person, they are not helpful, tells you the shipping company will call when they don't, and after two weeks still don't have an actual "expected date' of delivery. Therefore, the customer service was terrible, not reliable, still have not delivered a product that was paid for and are worried we have been scammed.
