I didn't hook up the stove until a week ago, 10/15/2022. So to be fair, I hope you start my warranty then. There is alot to this stove in order to hook it up correctly and safely. After a few days of connecting stove pipe, chimney, duct work, electrical, and filters it seemed to fire right up on the pre burn. I did notice as soon as I plugged it in several clicking sound from the automatic dampers. Didn't know if that was normal or not. After the pre burn, I decided to fire the unit up and see how effective it would warm my home. I have a large home and noticed the blower really didn't push air through my vents all that well. I may need a booster fan installed. No Big Deal... Also I noticed the fire in the hot box was still heavily flaming even after the thermostat temp was met. After a few days of this I decided to dig around to find out why this stove just burns as hot as it can all the time regardless of thermostat. I noticed the draft dampers 1 grate and 1 primary may not be accurate. On a cold start both open all the way, and after the stove gets hot the Grate damper shuts to all but 20%, and the Primary stays wide open all the time. Also I noticed that if I am not using the stove and even when the thermostat is set to off, the Primary damper closes randomly and slowly opens all the way back up and stays that way. It repeats this cycle about every 30 min or so. I do believe my draft is too high and have ordered a WC gauge to attempt to correct this, however the dampers being open all the way isn't helping. Any help with what my be the issue on this would be helpful because in its current state I can not load this fireplace all the way as it would get way to hot.
