We love this stove. We have a large open floor plan with ceilings as high as 16 feet. Our previous stove was good, but small. This one puts out so much heat that we have never had to turn the blower on that we purchased as an option. It has been in the low 30's at our house and we think we will never need to turn on the heater which will save on propane and electric usage. We put a few oak logs on before we go to bed and in the morning there are still embers which will ignite new logs in the morning without having to restart the fire. We also love that we can remove one of the bottom bricks and sweep the ashes into the drawer below.
