What a great product. We purchased this unit online through Rise. They were helpful with all my questions and concerns before purchasing the Drolet 1500. Everything arrived in excellent condition, with no shipping damages. There was a slight delay in shipping because of a computer error showing more units than what was available. But 5 stars from us so far. I installed myself and had our first fire. It was awesome. We love the large glass view to watch the fire.
