Your stove is horrible. It does not allow smoke to go up the chimney. We have tried heating the flue, burning clean dry kindling, burning fire starter logs, everything! It has caused our home to smell of permanent smoke. We have always had woodstoves and thought we would try a drolet, biggest mistake we ever made. Never buy a drolet. Kent wont return, or give us a new stove. We had the install checked over by a professional and wett certified. The full report shows nothing is wrong with the install or chimney. It is definitely the stove.
