We bought one it seems fairly well built not plumbed in yet but we had a bunch of broken bricks they just left them loose for shipping. I have been arguing with Drolet via emails (including pictures) because they have sent replacements twice now and still not enough to replace the broken ones. She was actually a bit rude about the whole thing. I’ll will have to email her again it’s frustrating
