Deco Alto arrived by common carrier, A.Duie Pyle, the reason for my mentioning them by name is that they are not good at what they do. I awaited a call or email from them about the delivery, I wanted to be here to inspect the stove and to help with the offload. I was informed it was on its way on the 21st of April, 2026 and was able to track it from it start in VA, to NJ, and finally to Johnston, RI where it sat there until the 28th. I emailed ADP on the 24th and got a response on the same day saying they had tried to get a hold of me by phone, BULLCRAP. I responded on the 26th, a Saturday, and waited and got a response Monday, the 27th. My wife called that day and informed them that their window of delivery was fine, 11AM to 3PM either Monday or Tuesday, she also gave them or home phone, here cell, and my email again. Monday was a pass and Tuesday they delivered at 9:15, so much for 11 to 3. No one was home and the item could have been absconded. Unfortunately this overshadowed the stove showed up in A1 shape, great packing job. Thanks I hop to be able to respond to how the stove works as we put it through its paces during the coming winter. The literature that accompanied the stove was informative even though my wife and I have heated with wood since 1974. Thanks Roger and Michelle.
