I did a lot of research on line and gladly chose Drolet. The equipment looked fabulous, the reviews were excellent and i knew if something was amiss, Lowes would stand behind the sale. The stove (HT200) is a beast in so many ways. It came packaged well

I did a lot of research on line and gladly chose Drolet. The equipment looked fabulous, the reviews were excellent and i knew if something was amiss, Lowes would stand behind the sale. The stove (HT200) is a beast in so many ways. It came packaged well and was heavy (Hint- uncrate and remove all bricks!), installed easily and has worked masterfully. It is in our basement; has heated our whole house (2400sf) to a cozy 71 and has saved bunches on propane. Their after sale customer service has been outstanding when I called with questions. HIGHLY recommend!!
