Had my stove installed and certified in April, it’s now September and there is smoke leaking from the bottom of the box between the box and the wood storage area. Trying to get help from Drolet has been impossible. The computerized “chat” keeps taking about delivery and payments. The office is closed even tho their voicemail says they should be open. It also says to send them an email. I need to know NOW if it’s safe to use my wood stove… not 2-3 days from now.
