Thought my stove had a warped door today as I suddenly could NOT close the door after loading new logs on the fire. I phoned to get information from your company and got a lot of information/help from a tech person. I was able to fix the door problem with his help but I"m still not happy with the heat output of this stove. By the way I've been burning wood to heat my home for 50 years so I have lots of experience with wood heat.
