I haven't yet installed it. It arrived within a week of me ordering directly from Drolet. The packing and delivery condition were both perfect. It looks like a very well made wood stove and I'm looking forward to using it. All of my interactions with this company (some sales/tech support questions, placing the order) were excellent.
