Alain from My Fireplace Products was very accommodating in the fulfillment of my purchase and delivery of the Heatmax ll from SBI . I purchased their Eco-65 Pellet Furnace in 2014 and will continue to use in another building. The Eco-65 worked 24 hours-7 days a week during the cold season for 8 years. I am impressed with staff at SBI and Alain from My Fireplace Products though out the years in assisting me with a couple of troubleshooting issues. These 2 companies make great partners.
